Cooperative Bulk Handling (CBH)
EEC delivered CBH’s Next Crop Leadership Program, for high potential managers in 2014 and 2015. This program was co-created with members of CBH’s senior management team with an emphasis on industry and CBH-specific subject matter, such as supply chain and agriculture. EEC designed the program in consultation with CBH Senior Management, Organisational Behaviour and Learning and Development teams. The program was delivered over seven months and comprised a Framing-In day and four modules:
- Module 1 – Strategic Intelligence
- Module 2 – Distributed Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- Module 3 – Business Systems and Organizational Agility
- Module 4 – Enhancing Performance through communication Excellence
The program included a Learning Application Proposal – a project where individuals used the skills and tools learnt to find a solution or work toward a solution of a specific issue or problem in their department. Facilitators include key faculty members from Murdoch University (Economics and Agriculture and Food Security) as well as sessions led by CBH senior leaders.
